It vary's from woman to woman but the scent of a woman is quite delicious, the senses are stimulated by a combination of hormones, (like estrogen which has a calming effect on males), and pheromones.
The smell in most instances may take some getting used to for some males, it takes time for some people who are a bit quesy about performing cunnilingus.
